Terms and Conditions

Custom orders are indeed custom and therefore non-refundable. Deposits for commission pieces are non-refundable if final payment is not made at agreed upon timeframe. No orders will be delivered without full payment. 

Summary of Terms:

• Commissions require 50% deposit to begin work.
• Commissions are complete within 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Dry Creek Forge is not responsible for commission pieces left after 30 days.
• Commission items left after 30 days are subject to resale.
